About the Book

This Biography is about the unusual experiences of Geoffrey Raph Wood, which include receiving a Spiritual Gift, similar to what is often known as ‘second sight’.

Geoff, a simple farmer’s son was born 1926 in deep countryside in Hatfield Herts. UK. One of 4 children. His life was tragically disrupted aged 4yrs when his parents plus siblings split. Many changes of address and schools followed – mainly in Newport S Wales. He refused to attend school soon after his tenth birthday because of disruptive school changes. 

He never sought formal qualifications but by retirement had experienced a life of rare variety In mid-life his life was totally shattered but he rebuilt it empowered by the gift of an inner faith optimism and humour, The vital thread in his life was spiritual in nature climaxed by an amazing out-of-this-world visionary experience aged 66yrs which in retirement became the core meaning, joy and drive in his life.
